Even the wikipedia entry says out-of-the-house-ugg-booting is wrong…. !

macguyver, have a look at any intro to html site for the syntax, but the general idea is like that of the rest of html:
-start a tag, with the command: -the reference of the tag is the target site: href="http://www.willmidgley.com/"
-then we close the start tag: >
-type in the text you want the tag to apply to: click here
-then end the tag:
so the final product looks like:

or click here
